1. Cancellations
Orders for services/products can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing [insert support email], provided the work has not commenced or delivery not initiated.
2. Refunds
- Digital services: Refunds may be considered only if work has not started.
- Training/Webinars: Refunds only if the session is cancelled by Avignyata.
- E-products (if applicable): No refund once downloaded or accessed.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
