We are looking to hire a freelance performance marketer on a revenue sharing basis. The primary goal of a performance marketer is to achieve specific KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and demonstrate a clear impact on the company’s bottom line. Here’s the scope of work for the performance marketer:
- Campaign Planning and Execution:
– Create data-driven, results-oriented marketing campaigns across various digital channels, such as paid search (PPC), social media advertising, display advertising, etc. - Data Analysis and Optimization:- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and more.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to optimize landing pages and website elements to enhance user experience and increase conversions.
- Marketing Analytics, Budgetting and Reporting:- Generate regular performance reports and dashboards to track campaign progress and ROI.
- Collaboration and Communication:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, data analysts, and developers, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

- Understand each individual client, the message they are trying to send, and the target market that will be used to portray that message
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 1 to 2 years of experience in social media marketing/ Digital Marketing
- Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think outside the box and bring new ideas to the table
- Knowledge of social media platforms and tools, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
- Prior experience using Canva
- Excellent strategic content creation and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
